The Nappy Heaven Mystery Box is available in limited numbers on the 15th of every month.
Each box will contain a nappy and at least one other item. The contents will be a complete mystery until it arrives at your home.
You might also receive one of the following extras if you're very lucky -
a stalk free pass (This allows you the chance to have a limited edition or new release item held for you to purchase without the need to stalk the website on the release date!)
a free shipping pass
a pass for double or triple reward points on your next order
Terms and Conditions:
- One box per person. If additional boxes are purchased you will be refunded.
- There are limited numbers of Mystery Boxes available from approximately 8am-5pm on the 15th of every month. Any boxes remaining in stock will be removed from the website at 5pm on the 15th. The next opportunity to purchase will be the following month.
- You are unable to choose the contents of your Mystery Box but will be sent a questionnaire to complete.
- The Mystery Box questionnaire is to be returned within 24hrs of placing the order, failure to do so means that you may not be happy with your box's contents.
- Mystery Boxes will be shipped within 48hrs of payments clearing.
- Extras received are not transferable for cash. Extras will not be found in every box.
- The contents of the box will always be valued at more than the purchase price.
- Mystery Box items can not be exchanged or returned.
- Mystery Box orders are not eligible to receive Reward Points and can not be purchased with Reward Points.
- The Mystery Box may not necessarily be sent in a box - a courier satchel may be sufficient depending on the items.
- We reserve the right to change the date of the Mystery Box release, if need be. Details will be clearly stated in the product description.
Flat rate shipping within New Zealand of $5 to non-rural addresses. Shipping is FREE for non-rural orders over $80.
Rural shipping is $8.50 for orders under $80 and $5 for orders over $80.
We aim to dispatch your order by courier the day we receive payment and you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days. Orders to rural addresses may take up to 3 working days and we reserve the right to use NZ Post instead of courier, if appropriate.
We can arrange Saturday delivery (in most main centres) for orders placed on Friday before 11am (or Thursday 3pm for South Island customers). Please contact us to arrange this. There is an additional $5 charge for Saturday delivery.
If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will endeavour to order the product and get it to you ASAP. If there is going to be a delay in you receiving your items you will be contacted.
If you are unhappy with any items you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please Contact Us to arrange any returns.
The goods are to be returned at your own expense and must be in unused, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging. Refund or a store credit will be processed on the receipt of the items in their original condition. When returning items please remember to include your details; whether you want a refund or exchange etc. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage or use tracked delivery for more security.
If a refund is required on products that had free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund due.

Items purchased on sale are generally not able to be returned for a refund, however occasionally a store credit may be offered.
