Amending or Cancelling Orders
Want to change something in your order or layby?
As all our systems are integrated it is not possible to adjust orders or alter laybys once they are in the system.
If you want to add something to an order so they can ship together, please place a new order as soon as you can, choosing "combine shipping" with a note in the comments with the original order number.
If you need to change something the order/layby will be cancelled and a credit of the payments made put on your account so you can place the order again.
Please contact us through the website or email email@example.com. Make sure you have created an account on the website if you didn't at the time of placing your order. We will send you an email confirming the cancellation and an email detailing the credit applied to your account.
Please Note: We do not guarantee that all items in your cancelled order will be still be available when you go to place your new order. Once an order is cancelled and the items are returned to stock they are available to all customers to order.
If you are cancelling a layby, the usual layby terms and conditions apply.
Any refund/return requests made for orders placed using Oxipay will incur a 5% fee which are the non-refundable fees charged by Oxipay to us.
